Non gravy Sabji Recipe-


Arbi Se Jude Kuch Kisse:

Arbi /Ghuiya ya Taro root bhi kaha jata hai jise,ye Sabji swasth vardhak sabjiyo mei se ek hai. Esme Vitamin E, Magnesium, Beta-Carotene, Calcium, Iron, Zinc paya jata hai. Ab aap soch rahe honge ki ensab se hoga kya to chaleye btate hai, ye sab milkar anti-ageing ka kam karte hai means ese apne diet mei regular lene se ye aapke bdte hue age se pdne vale effects ke process ko slow karne mei helpful hoti hai. Ye ek low calories aur high fiber vali sabji hai jo aapke stomach ko long time tak full feel karate hai. Esme Sodium ke matra kam hoti hai jo aapke Kidney ke liye kafe ache hoti hai,ek cup arbi mei 20mg Sodium hota hai. Esme Vitamin C  jaise Antioxidant hote hai jo aapkebody ke Toxins  ko remove karne mei helpful hote hai. Arbi se kafe recipes bante hai jo mai aapse time to time share karungi, to aaj banayege Crispy Arbi Besan vali.

INGREDIESNTS:

  • Boiled Arbi                              –  500gm
  • Besan                                       – 2 tablespoon
  • Ajwain                                     – 1 teaspoon
  • Haldi                                        –  1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder                   – 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder                 – 3 teaspoon
  • Salt                                           – 2 teaspoon/ as per ur taste
  • Hari mirch                              – 2 teaspoon 
  • lemon juice.                           – 1 teaspoon ( optional)

METHOD:

  • Sabse pahle ubli hue arbi ko round shape mei katle.
  • Kate hue arbi mei lalmirch powder,haldi powder,dhaniya powder,namak daal kar ache se mix karke 15-20 min ke liye marinate hone ke liye fridge mei rakh de.
  • Ab ek kadai mei oil dalkar garam karke usme ajwain dale fer besan dalkar medium flame par bhune, besan light brown hone par usme se 1 tablespoon bhuna hua besan alag bowl mei nikal le.
  • Ab kadai mei marinate ki hue arbi,hari mirch dal kar mix karte hue bacha hua bhuna besan dalkar medium flame par ache se 5-10 min tak bech-bech mei chalte hue bhunne.
  • Arbi ab crispy hone lgenge agr nahi hote hai to medium flame par arbi ko 5 min aur chalate hue bhunne.
  • Tayar Arbi ko bowl mei nikal kar 1 teaspoon lemon juice( optional) hare dhaniye se garnish karke garma-garam chapati ke sath serve kare.

TIPS:

  • Besan bhunte time dhiyan rahe besan dark brown nahi hona chaheye,esliye medium flame par continue chalate hue besan ko light brown hone tak he bhunne.
  • Arbi ko boht patla na katte,thoda mota he round shape mei katte.
