Dietitians always recommended pumpkin also in cholesterol controlling yani Dil ko ache se dhadkane ke liye kaddu ko bhi apne plate mei jagah dene he padegi,aur agr aap diet plan follow kar rahi hai to ye aapke liye boht acha option hai ye aapke tummy ko long time tak full rakhega aur fat kam karne mei bhi help karega, The fact is 100 gm pumpkin provides only 26 calories, hai na majedar.

INGREDIENTS: Serve: 2

  • Kashifal ( kadukas kiya hua)               – 1 Bowl
  • Aaloo ( kadukas kiya hua)                   – 1 Bowl
  • Kuttu ka atta                                          – 1 Bowl
  • Senda namak (rock salt)                     – 1 Teaspoon
  • Kali mirch powder                               – 1 Teaspoon
  • Hari mirch                                             – 2
  • Adrak ( kadukas kiya hua)                 – 1 Teaspoon ( kadukas kiya hua)
  • Hara Dhaniya                                       – 2 Teaspoon
  • Oil                                                           – For deep frying            

METHOD:

  • Kashifal aur kacche (unboiled) aaloo ko kadukas karle.
  • Ab esme singade ka atta, adrak, harimirch, hara dhaniya, senda namak, kali mirch powder mila kar ache se mix karle.
  • Tayar ghol patla nahi hona chaheye ekdum pic jaisa hona chaheye.
  • Ab kadai mei oil garam karke dhere- dhere ghol ka thoda-thoda portion lekr ball ki shape mei kadai mei dale aur medium flam par deep fry karle.
  • Tayar bhajiya ko tissue paper par nikal kar extra oil niklne de.
  • Ab tayar kashifal bhajiya ko spicy hari chutni aur thande dahi ke sath garam – garam serve kare.

TIPS:

  • Kashifal aur Aaloo ko phle se kadukas karke nahi rakhe aisa karne se vo kale pad jate hai.
