Ye muscles ke strength ko badata hai aur bones ko strong karta hai kyuki esme calcium hota hai,esliye apne babies ke diet mei ese add kare. Babies ko ya apne bade bujurgo ko sabudana kheer bhi khila sakte hai jiske recipe mai next time share karungi. Ingredients:

  • Sabudana (1 Raat/5-6 hours bhiga hua)   – 2 Katori
  • Tamatar                                                                   – 2 Medium size
  • Kaccha Aloo                                                            – 2 Medium size (cubes mei kate hue)
  • Mungfali dana                                                        – 1/2 Katori
  • Jeera                                                                         – 1 Tablespoon
  • Kashmiri lal mirch powder                                  – 2 Teaspoon
  • Namak                                                                      – 2 Teaspoon
  • Hari Mirch                                                               – 2 Teaspoon
  • Hara Dhaniya                                                          – 1 Tablespoon
  • Oil                                                                              – 2 Tablespoon

Method

  • Ek kadai mei oil garam karke,usme Kate hue aloo dalkar full flame par light golden hone tak deep fry karle.
  • Agar aap jyada oily pasand nahi karte to boiled allo bhi use kar sakte hai.
  • Aloo deep fry karne ke baad,mungfali dana dalakar light brown hone tak deep fry karle.
  • Aap chahe to munfali dane ko 1-2 teaspoon mei bhun(roast)bhi kar sakte hai.
  • Ab kadai mei 2 tablespoon oil dalakar,jeera dale,jeera chatkne ke baad barik kate tamatar dale.
  • Medium flame par Tamatar 2-3 min fry karne ke baad,kashmiri lal mirch powder dalke mix kare.
  •  Mix karne ke baad bhiga hua sabudana,deep fry kiye aloo,mungfali dana,kate hue hari mirch,hara dhaniya,namak dale.
  • Ab low flame par 2-3 min mix karne ke baad,2-3 min high flame par mix kare.
  • Tayar sabudana khichdi ko garma-garam dahi ya hari chatni ke sath serve kare.

Tips:

  • sabudana soak karte time,pani sabudane ke sirf aadha inch uper tak he hona chaheye.
  • Jyada pani dalne se sabudana chipchipa ho jata hai,aur sabudana khichdi khili-khili nahi bante.
  • Aur acha sabudane ko fulane ke liye sabudane mei pani dalkar fulane ke liye doop mei rakh de. Ya over night bhigoye.
  • Tamatar ke bej nikal kar he tamatar ko use kare.
