Paneer dryfruit tikkis/ Navratri Vrat Paneer recipe

Paneer Paneer khud mei ek full meal mana  jata hai. For 1 year or above 1 year old babies ke liye Doc. suggest krte hai ki unke  direct milk ke consumption ko kam karke milk se bane product ko unke diet mei add kiya jana chaheye. So paneer is a good option. Paneer mei Calcium  paya jata hai jo toddlers ke bones aur teeth ko strong banata hai.Esme  paya jane vala Protien unke Brain development mei helpful hota hai,u can give paneer to ur baby in many forms like paneer parantha roll,paneer bhuji, paneer sandwich, paneer tikki. Eske sath he paneer Diabetes patients ke liye bhi kafe acha hota hai kyuki ye unke sugar level increase nahi karta aur  unke body mei protein ke jarurat ko pura karta hai. Women specially after 40-45 age must should add paneer in her diet for fulfillment of Protein ,Calcium, vitamins. Paneer is good for skin and hair also. So lets cook     “Paneer dryfruit tikki”

INGREDIENTS:  SERVE FOR : 3

  • Paneer                                            – 200 gm
  • Singade ka atta                             – 2 teaspoon
  • Kali mirch powder                       – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Senda namak (rock salt)             – 1 teaspoon/as per ur taste

For Stuffing:

  • Yogurt                                             – 1 tablespoon
  • Mungfali ke dane                          – 2 teaspoon
  • Kishmish                                         – 4-5
  • Badam                                             – 4-5
  • Kaju                                                 – 4-5
  • Chirongi                                          – 1 teaspoon
  • Hari mirch                                      – 1
  • Adrak ( Kadukas kiya hua)          – 1 teaspoon

METHOD:

  • Stuffing tayar karne ke liye sbse phle kadai mei 1 teaspoon oil dalkar mungfali dane ko bhunle.
  • Ab badam ko light brown  hone tak bhunle uske baad kaju ko bhi light brown hone tak bhune.
  • Ab bhune hue mungfali dane, badam, kaju ko thoda mota dardara pesle. Dhiyan rahe powder nahi bnna chaheye dardara rahna chaheye.
  • Ab pise hue dryfruits mei barik kate kishmish,chirongi( bina kate) ,barik kate hari mirch,kadukas kiya hua adrak,yogurt dalkar ache se mix krle.
  • Ab paneer ko bhi kadukas krle aur usme 1/2 teaspoon kalimirch, ek chutki namak, 2 teaspoon singade ka atta dalkar ache se masal kar 1-2 min mix kare aur ek dough ( goondha hua atta) jaisa bnale.
  • Ab tayar paneer ke dough ki chote-chote balls bnale,ab hath ko thoda oil lga kar chikna karke ek-ek ball ko hath se press karke tayar stuffing ko halke hath se bharte hue ache se band karke ek tikki ki shape de.
  • Ab ek plate mei thoda sa singade  ka atta le aur tave ko low flame par 2 tablespoon oil dalkr garm karle.
  • Ab tayar balls ko singade ke aate mei halke hath se coat karke garm tave par dalkr shallow fry krle.
  • Ek bar mei 2-3 balls he fry kare,ek side se light brown hone ke baad he palte.
  • Dono side se golden brown hone ke baad tissue paper par tayar tikkis ko nikal le.

Tayar tikkis ko hari chutne ke sath garam-garam Mata rani ko bhog lgaye aur anand le paneer dryfruit tikkis ka.

TIPS:

  • Aap ghar par bhi yogurt bana sakte hai,normal dahi ko ek malmal ke kapde mei dalkar use tight se band kar 20-30 min ke liye hang(latka) karke chod de esse uska sara extra pani nikal jayega.
  • Tikki ko low flame par he fry kare.
  • Tikkis ko over cook nahi kare varna vo fat jayegi.
  • Tikki ko fry karke phle se na rakhe esse vo soft ho jayegi,humesha fry karke turant serve kare.

GOSSIP KONA:

Actually this dish is one of my favorite dish in fast so when i cooked this i was so excited to taste it but u know what unfortunately i added normal salt instead of senda namak aur jab mujhe ye yaad aaya tab tak sare tikkis ban chuki the that time i feel like bhuke ke aage se kisene bhari hue plate hata de  jaise hahaha….but my son taste it and say mumma boht yummy hai give me one more.
