Generally Ghar mei jab bhi snacks banane ke liye bola jata hai then the very first question arrise in our mind is ‘JAVE aur POHA ke alava aur kya bana sakte hai jhatpat’ tab hum Indian woman se ekdum professional chief  ke tarha sochne lagte hai na jane kitne typical dishes but in the end we think ‘jane do aaj poha he bnate hai vo sabka favorite bhi hai. So Ladies leave these two boring dishes and come with me in my kitchen and lets cook a simple but super tasty snacks dish.

INGREDIENTS:  serve for 4

Dahi                              –1 Bowl

Suji.                              –Half Bowl

Chopped Capsicum   –2 tablespoon

Tomato                         –1 medium size

Onion                           –1 Small size

Green chilies              –1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves.      –2 teaspoon

Bread Slices               –3 pieces

salt                               – as needed

Red Chili powder.   –1 teaspoon

water                         –as required

METHOD:

  • Sabse phle bread ke kinare(edges) katkar alg karle aur bread ko tikona shape me cut karke rakhle.
  • Ek bowl mei suji,dahi ko milale,ab esme barik kate hue tamatr,pyaz,shimla mirch,harimirch,hara dhaniya,namak,lal mirch powder dalkr ache se chile se thoda gada ghol tayar krle.
  • Ab tave ko low flame par thoda sa oil lga kar chiknakrle.
  • Ab ek-ek karke bread ke cut kiye hue slices ko es ghol mei halke hath se ache se dip karke spoon ke sahayta se tavepar dalkar ek-ek karke thode oil ke sath dono side se dheme aanch par golden brown hone tak sek le.Dhiyan rahe ek side se golden brown hone ke baad he palte.
  • Ab tayar bread uttapam bites ko serve kiske sath karenge to chaleye jldi se ek tasty dip bnate hai.
  • Fridge mei Mayonnaise to hogi,to bs ek bowl mei 2 spoon mayonnaise le esme half spoon tomato sauce/tomato chili sauce,thodi se lal mirch powder dalkr ache se mixkarle bs tayar.
  • Bread uttapam bites ko hare dhaniye se garnish karke tayar spicy dip ke sath with garma-garam adrak wali chai ke sath serve kare.

TIPS:

  • Uttapam sekne se phle tave ko ache se chikna karle vrna uttapam tave par chipk jayega.
  • Bread slices ko spoon se he ghol mei dono side se dip kare aur tave par rakhe aur ese jyada daba kar na seke.
