Aksar hum sab bade maje se,restaurants mei ya street food stole par soyabean chaap ki varieties khate hai but agar aisa ho ki,vo taste aapko apne ghar par he mil jaye to kya baat hogi,to aaj hum banate hai tandoori soyabean chaap,ek bar banake to dekheye ese khaye bina koi rah nahi payega.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Soyabean Chaap sticks                             – 5 sticks
  • Onion rings                                                 – 1 medium size
  • Patta Gobhi                                                 – 1 small size

FOR Marination:

  • Curd                                                             – Aadhi Katori
  • Ginger galic paste                                     – 1 Teaspoon
  • Kali mirch powder                                   – 1 Teaspoon
  • Red chili powder                                      – 1 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chat Masala                                              – 1 Teaspoon
  • Red paprika sauce/ Schezwan  Chatni- 1 Teaspoon(red paprika sauce)/ 2 tablespoon (Schezwan chatni)
  • Tandoori Masala                                      – 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice                                             – Half lemon 
  • Amul Fresh Cream                                  – 1 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Chilly Flakes                                             – 1 Teaspoon

Method:

  • Sabse pahle marination tayar karne ki liye,ek bowl mei uper likhe marination ke sare ingredients milakr ache se mix karle.
  • Soyabean chaap ko sticks se nikal kar gol-gol katle,aap chahe to bina kate bas sticks se nikal kar bhi ese bana sakte hai.
  • Ab kate hue soyabean chaap ko tayar marination mei, hath se ache se mix karle aur refrigerator mei 4-5 hour ke liye rakh de,aap ese overnight bhi rakh sakte hai esse soyachaap aur juicy bnenge.
  • Marinate ki hue soyabean chaap ko, vapas se nikali hue sticks mei lgakar microwave pizza making plate par ,thoda sa oil grease karke uspar rakh de.
  • Ab Microwave ko 200 Celsius par preheat karke, convention mode par 10 min ke liye  soyabean chaap ko pakne rakh de.
  • 10 min baad chaap ko palat kar, 5 min ke liye grill mode par rakhde.

Serving Method:

First Method-

  • Tayar soyabean chaap ko serving plate par nikal kar onion ring,patta gobhi ke lambe-lambe kate hue lacche aur spicy hari chatni ke sath garma-garm serve kare.

Second Method-( sirf gol-gol kate hue soyabean chaap ke liye)

  • Tayar soyabean chaap ko ek bowl mei nikal kar, usme onion ring,patta gobhi ke kate hue lacche,1 teaspoon schezwan  chatni/red paprika sauce(1/2 Teaspoon),2 teaspoon Amul fresh cream mila kar, serving plate mei garma-garam spicy hari chatni ke sath serve kare.

Tips:

  • Chaap ke Marination ke liye pani vala dahi nahi lena hai,jitna ho sake gada dahi ya yogurt use kare.
  • Marination tayar karne ke baad, ek baar marination ko taste karke dekh le,agr apne swad anusar kuch kam lage to add karle.
  • Aur ache se sikhne ke liye uper de gaye es recipe ki video dekhe.
