Easy Bread Dhokla breakfast and snacks time recipe

Ghar mei agar bread ya dahi mei se kuch bhi ho to bnane ke liye lots of option hote hai bus vo time par yaad aajaye tab,bachpan mei to humare moms  bread par jam/butter aur dahi ka use bus paranthe ki sath ya khichde ke sath khilane ki liye karte the.But now we have lots of option to use these ingredients,so lets cook Bread Dhokla.

INGREDIENTS: SERVE: 4

  • Dahi(khatta if possible)       – 1 bowl
  • Bread slices                            – 7-8 slices
  • Onion                                      – 3 small size
  • Fresh kari patta                    –  6-7 leafs 
  • Rai dana                                 – 2 teaspoon 
  • Haldi                                      – 2 teaspoon
  • Lal mirchi powder              – 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chili          – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt                                        – 2teaspoon/as per ur taste

 

METHOD:

  • Bread slices ko knife se square shape ke chote piece cut karle.
  • Dahi ko ache se chala le aur usme salt dal de,es dish mei alag se salt nahi dalna hai jitna salt dish mei dalna hota hai vo dahi mei he mix karlete hai.
  • Ab kadai mei 4 tablespoon refind dale,thoda garam hone par rai ke dane dale aur cracked hone par kari patta aur pyaz dalkar medium flam par light golden hone tak bhune.Zyada dark pyaz ko nahi bhunna hai.
  • Ab esme haldi,lal mirch powder,hari mirch dalkar cut kiye hue bread pieces dalkar low flame par ache se mix kare jisse bread pieces par masala ache se coat ho jaye.
  • Ab dhere-dhere dahi ko dale aur halke hath se chalate rahe,dahi ko ek jagah na dal kar sare sides par felate hue dale.
  • Dhiyan rahe bread pieces ko jyada pise nahi balke halke hath se he dhere-dhere low flame par 30 sec tak mix kare.
  • Gas off karke kadai ko 3-4 min plate se cover karke rakh de.
  • Tayar bread dhokle ko garma-garam chai ke sath enjoy kare.

TIPS:

  • Dhiyan rahe dahi ko pani milakar patla na kare, dahi gada -gada smooth he hona chaheye.
