Dryfruit Aaloo halwa

Aaloo indian veg khane ka  humesha se sabse  favorite  ingredient raha hai,aap aaloo ke sath boht sare easy  recipes bana sakti hai.Aapne aaloo ki sabji,aaloo ke paranthe to kafe bnaye honge but aaj hum banate hai Aaloo ka Halwa.Sunne mei shayd etna interesting nahi ho but trust me eska taste boht Delicious hota hai  esliye ek bar try karna to banta hai. Aur vrat me ye aapke body ko energy deta hai.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Boiled potato            – 4 medium size   
  • Desi ghee                   – 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar                          – 3 tablespoon
  • Dry fruits                   – For garnishing

METHOD:

  • Sabse pahle kadai mei desi ghee garam kare.
  • Ab boiled potato ko ache se mash karke ghee mei dale aur 1 min tak medium flame par bhune.
  • Ab esme sugar dalkar medium flame par 4-5 min continue chalate hue bhune jab tk halwa sides se light brown na hone lage aur ghee na chodne lage.
  • Halwa jab sides se light brown hone lage to halwe ko  full flame pr 2-3 min continue chalte hue bhune.
  • Ab tayar halwe ko bowl mei nikal kar dryfruits se garnish karke serve kare.

TIPS:

  • Halwa bhunte time agr  kadai mei niche chipkne lage to ghabraye nahi bus use continue chalte rahe aur chipke hue portion ko bhi karchi ke sahayta se bech bech mei hatate rahe kyuki yahi vo portion hai jo halwe mei crispiness layega.
  • Dhiyan rahe aaloo ache se mash kiye hue hone chaheye.
